Organization Structure

SAFOCO Food Joint Stock Company was organized and operated in compliance with the Enterprise Law passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, term XI, 8th session, on November 29, 2005. The Company's activities comply with the Enterprise Law 2005, other relevant Laws and the Company's Charter. The amended Company Charter approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 9, 2008 is the basis for governing all activities of the Company.
